The less you pay for your supplies and services, the more of your donations you can put to work for your organisation.

These days, it's critical to apply sound business practices to charity management.  Stake-holders, quite rightly, expect you to run your adminstration effectively and efficiently.  For this reason, our services are being welcomed by forward-thinking management teams in a wide variety of organisations.

Our procurement experts will analyse your current overhead spending and recommend options for consistent cost reductions.  And by streamlining processes, we also reduce back-office admin, giving your people more time to focus on your key purpose - whether that be helping your member community, caring for clients, or other charitable activities.

We're affiliated to the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, so you can be confident our experts really do have the knowledge to make a positive impact on your organisation.

Cost Reductions with no Compromise on Quality

We ensure that our quotes will always match or better current product specifications, Service Level Agreements, and payment terms.

You stay in control of your purchasing. You make all decisions on choice of supplier, and your managers can still choose what and when to order.  The difference is that our procurement experts will be working to give your organisation a joined-up approach to purchasing that ensures best value overall.

Procurement Consultancy:  How We Work

Our experts will first analyse your overall costs in the procurement areas you ask us to look at.  They will then provide recommendations that will generally bring cost reductions within four weeks.

We will:
  • Combine the buying power of all your sites (e.g. churches in a diocese).
  • Negotiate better prices and credit terms.
  • Simplify processes.

You'll get:

  • Cost reductions.
  • Improved cash flow.
  • Reduced administrative costs - a single invoice from each supplier that includes all orders from across your organisation.
  • Total transparency of purchasing - invoices broken down by office/department/site.
  • More time for your teams to focus on doing what they do best.
We're sensitive to religious needs and will make sure that all arrangements fit around you.

Our Fees

For most areas of procurement,
we charge a fee equal to just 33.33% of the cost reductions we make for you over 12 months, paid in arrears.

See the separate procurement area pages for further information.

How Does this Compare with Joining a Buying Group?

Our pricing offers a significantly better arrangement than that typically provided by buying groups.

The standard buying group policy is to offer a guarantee that your membership fee will be refunded if you don't save an amount equal to the fee.

With our fee structure, two-thirds of the first year's savings (in most procurement areas) are yours to keep - and ALL the savings are yours to keep for year two and onwards.

We've got a strong incentive to work to save you more -  because the more we save you, the more we earn.

And because you pay our fees in arrears (unlike an up-front buying group membership fee), the cost reductions we make for you will enhance your cash flow and increase the funds available for immediate spending or investment.
